Working supervisor/day janitor role that included cleaning duties. Supervising of Cleaning office/art gallery premises for prestigious Client, includes washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas. . Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervising of staff, Stock ordering, Payroll, Inventory list management - Hoovering/mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens - Carrying out deep cleans as required and using buffers and carpet cleaners - training provided - Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly - Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages), · Always follow Group and company policies and procedures. · Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment. · Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received. · Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system. NOTE This job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder throughout the period of employment.   • Previous cleaning experience preferred with focus on supervising work and prioritising workload
  • Strong customer service/care and leadership skills
  • Problem solving and time management skills desired
  • Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
  • Flexible and proactive attitude essential
  • Understanding & knowledge of health and safety policies
  • Needs to represent ABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpful at all times Willing to go the extra mile
  • Always follow Company Policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained
  • Identify and correct hazardous conditions
