Full Job Description

Alfred H Knight is seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating appointments related to AHKES solid fuel laboratory services. As a client-facing position, you'll ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met and exceeded. Your key duties will include managing client expectations and delivering accurate, timely reports on results and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

  • IT, AHKES systems and Microsoft packages knowledge.

  • Required Work Experience
  • Experience in day to day Laboratory operations environment and ability to understand operations is advantageous.

  • Follow the scope of the appointment as per client requirements however be pro-active andsolve operational issues when/if they arise.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience.
  • Travel / Rotation Requirements
  • Travel as required both domestically and internationally.
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary.
  • Must be available to work overtime & weekends where necessary.
