Job Title: Clinical Fellow in Edinburgh Hospital at Home

Department: Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership (EH&SCP)

Current bases: Edinburgh Hospital at Home is currently based at Liberton Hospital.

Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, full time(40hours per week) post based in Liberton Hospital

Applications are invited for a Clinical Fellow in the Edinburgh Hospital at Home service as part of the Edinburgh Community Geriatrics Service in the City of Edinburgh. This post offers experience in Hospital at Home working specifically. The successful applicant will work with an enthusiastic and supportive team of consultants and wider team of Specialty Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. There is access to weekly teaching and regular governance activities, the opportunity to complete a quality improvement project and to complete annual appraisal. It is a 1 year post and flexible and less than full time working is fully supported. There is no on call or out of hours working associated with this post. It is available from October 2024 and will be an expansion to the team to support the ongoing shift from hospital to community care for suitable patients.
