Full Job Description

Edrington UK (EUK) have a vacancy for an important role to support the success of the new organisation and Edrington brands within the UK market. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that EUK is proactive at collection and risk management of debt to contribution the successful management of working capital for the business.,

  • Credit Management Strategy
  • Operational collection management and forecasting
  • Performance reporting against KPIs
  • Project management and continuous improvement
  • Your Talent and Skills You will need to be a results orientated, organised team player, with the ability to quickly establish priorities in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is required in this role as well the confidence to successfully handle large set of data. Great interpersonal understanding with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships are essential in this role. The Credit Team Lead role has to adapt continually to business needs, whilst managing personal objectives. The role demands the ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels. This gives the role variety, complexity and responsibility. The ideal candidate would have experience of leading a credit control function with a proven record of managing aged debt effectively.

    Well-developed credit control experience and strong, diligent and collaborative management skills are key attributes. The role contributes and has responsibility across a wide range of levels in the organisation including presentations to senior personnel and KPI reporting.

  • Salary £41,000 - £51,000 per annum
