Full Job Description

  • Ensuring site hygiene is maintained to a high standard
  • Compliance checks across your working area
  • Spirit tankers are loaded safely and efficiently
  • Supporting with various site daily tasks.
  • Operation of Bioplant, to ensure compliance of distillery effluent with legislative standards (SEPA)
  • Operation of aerobic digestion plant within consent
  • Support operations of environmental plants and systems
  • Review and report on analytical data to ensure plants operate within consents.
    • Health and safety compliance is key and as a Day Operator, you will be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored and improved, while driving delivery of site targets. Ultimately, being a source of advice, knowledge, and having the confidence to lead operations is the pinnacle of the day to day ways of working in this exciting role.
