Full Job Description

FinTech RS is supporting one of our energy clients with the recruitment of a Desktop Engineer. This position will join a busy IT service desk and will be responsible for ensuring users have well-supported and functional IT equipment.


Key Duties:


  • Work well as part of a team to be responsible timely to first-line and 2nd line enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face.
  • Log, manage and handle calls within the service desk system
  • Provide support for software, infrastructure and desktop services
  • Travel to other local offices to provide in-person support where required
  • Ensure customer service is at the forefront of the service desk team
  • Deliver, install and set up IT and telephony equipment

Candidates should have experience working within a similar role whilst having a can-do attitude. A driving licence is also essential for this role.
