As an Executive Assistant you will be expected to:
- Provide a full range of EA services to the Sovini Group Executive Management Team (EMT), ensuring delivery of an efficient and effective service including their schedule of work, organisation and facilitation of meetings (including Sovini Commercial Board meetings), appointments and other events as required, including the organising of hospitality events, travel arrangements and accommodation where necessary.
- Prioritise and respond to all appropriate correspondence from internal and external stakeholders and monitor correspondence outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-level reports, reports, briefing papers and presentations on behalf of the EMT and ensure strict deadlines are adhered to.
- Provide a wide range of secretarial services to the EMT, including diary management, minute taking, audio typing, filing and dealing with incoming enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake a variety of administrative tasks delegated by the EA Manager, EMT or Group CEO and use own independent judgement and initiative.
- Provide appropriate support to other EMT members or Group CEO in instances of leave or other absence of one or more of the EAs.
- Perform any other duties appropriate to the grade as delegated by the EA Manager, EA Lead, EMT or Group CEO.
- Meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives and ensure strict deadlines are adhered to.

Previous experience of providing EA/secretarial support to multiple senior management. - Diary management including setting up and facilitating virtual/face to face meetings.
- Experience of audio/copy typing.
- Ability to take notes of complex information and produce accurate minutes.
- Event management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to priorities and manage workload within a constantly changing environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook (both email and calendar), PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work and aware of GDPR.
- Willingness to work with the team to cover for service requirements and to ensure the team is adequately staffed during working hours.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

- RSA Stages I and II in Typing or Word Processing or equivalent
- Business Administration Qualification or equivalent.
