Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Erskine to hire a Finance Assistant on a 6 month FTC.
This role is to support and work with the Financial Accounting Manager in ensuring that key deliverables are achieved.
Duties
- Purchase ledger posting clearing and tracking invoices
- Ensure the authorisation process is adhered too
- Payment runs
- Petty Cash
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll
Interviews will be held next week.
