Full Job Description

The Head of Client Reporting will be responsible for the leadership and development of the relevant production and development functions supporting our global clients reporting suite. This will include responsibility for ensuring client requirements and deliveries are met accurately and timely. The role will involve implementing enhanced operational processes and controls to ensure that each service operates in a robust and effective manner enabling the teams to provide exceptional service to Citi clients. What you'll do

  • Leadership of the teams responsible for our client reporting offering ensuring a seamless client experience for their operational deliveries and report development needs.
  • Build talented client focused teams, proactively encourage employee career development and progression through management processes, appropriate training, and professional development plans.
  • Partner with other global functional leads and data source providers across accounting and performance analytics to ensure a controlled and scalable operating model exists for Client Reporting with consistent data deliveries.
  • Assess new business and client change on their reporting suite against existing business capabilities and make appropriate recommendations and decisions.
  • Evaluate risk and controls, ensuring a robust controls framework is in place, including operational impact of client and legislation changes, ensure compliance to the established control environment.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and drive transformation to deliver operational excellence for the client reporting offering.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup and clients
  • Forge proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, external vendors offshore partners, technology, client service teams, product partners and other middle office functions.

    Proven record in leadership roles, interpersonal relations, and talent development is crucial.
  • Experienced Financial Services professional with multiple years of experience in a client centric role
  • Extensive knowledge of investment products with leadership experience in a role within performance and risk analytics, client reporting or financial reporting.
  • Experience leading teams is essential along with the ability to manage across global teams and partners.
  • Experience of developing and delivering on initiatives and driving efficiency for clients is essential.
  • Professional Accounting qualification, IMC Qualification or equivalent.
