Head of Hospitality

Sodexo Live! is excited to announce that we are looking for a talented hospitality professional to join our team at Hampden Park, Scotland's prestigious national stadium and home of the Scotland national football team. As Head of Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the venue's already thriving hospitality offering. You will develop and execute a successful B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit by proactively introducing our superb match day and concert packages to existing and future customers. Leadership of the hospitality sales team to deliver seamless hospitality sales process and procedures ranging from package development, ticketing and fulfilment. Your focus will be to balance excellence in hospitality sales operational processes with achievement of financial targets while working in collaboration with the wider operational teams to deliver service excellence that exceeds client expectations.,

• Achieve and exceed the venue Hospitality sales budget by actively seeking out new hospitality opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking and face to face meetings
• Strategic Leadership of Hospitality Team
• Retention of clients and account growth
• Maintaining sales standards of performance
• Strict Payment and Financial Procedures and Processes
• Accurate reporting of Sales and Pipeline
• Delivery of Sales Operation - Ticket Fulfilment, Advance Planning, Inventory
• Execute & drive the venue's Hospitality Sales and Marketing plan and schedule of activity in collaboration with the Hospitality Team and Marketing Manager
• Proactive planning and management of forthcoming events developing strategic B2B sales plans
• Effective Management of seating inventory allocated to Hospitality by event working in conjunction with onsite client
• Active management of package pricing, product development specific to each event to maximise revenue and profit through strong sales and telesales campaigns
• Report on campaigns sales performance and adapt activity accordingly
• The management of the budgeting process and P&L management
• Sales Negotiation and client presentations
• Collaboration with key Head of Departments to support Hospitality Sales Growth and delivery as wells as cross selling opportunities

Be part of something greater., You will be a renowned expect in the hospitality industry with an excellent understanding the hospitality sales process, package architecture, inventory management, seat manifest and ticketing fulfilment. You will have previously held the role of Head of Hospitality or similar either at stadium, arena, or a large venue.
You will also have:
• Working knowledge of hospitality systems and process
• Working knowledge of pricing, package development and hospitality inventory
• Team management and leadership skills
• Financial planning and management
• Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders both internal and external
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levels
• Good knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and alcohol licencing requirements
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Experience in financial reporting and commercial understanding
