Full Job Description

The Highlander Operation & Supply Chain Business Analyst plays a key role in the Operation & Supply Chain team for our Dynamics 365 implementation project known as Highlander. This position will work to support our Operation & Supply Chain Business Process Owners and the wider Highlander Programme team to ensure our projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Responsibilities Responsibilities:

  • Lean Team member during the implementation representing the Operation & Supply Chain solution with the local site team.
  • Support the Business Process Owners with analysis work to deliver D365 functions to meet requirements for Operation & Supply Chain functions. This may include but not limited to product management, production, quality, maintenance, planning, procurement, inventory and warehouse management.
  • Support the Operation & Supply Chain team with creation of Operation & Supply Chain artefacts. This may include but not limited to training materials, process documentation, configuration data and supporting master data.
  • Become familiar with core Operation & Supply Chain process execution within D365 through the execution of established tests and develop Operation & Supply Chain capabilities to support our key users and roll out sites.
  • Play an active part in executing Operation & Supply Chain tests during key testing cycles.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of regular status reports for the Operation & Supply Chain function., Remote with visits to Morgan offices in the UK, US and other international locations as required

    Completed education in engineering or supply chain degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in relevant operations or supply chain role within a manufacturing organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication, organisational, change management and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar ERP with experience in operations or supply chain.
  • Ability and willingness to rapidly learn new tools and techniques in areas where not known (e.g. Third party add on solutions, DevOps, Power platform and Power Apps, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing and driving change.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
