Housekeeping Manager - CY Inverness Airport

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules to meet quality standards.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing budget use.
Address guest or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to support seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning products, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling purposes.
