Oliver Smith Recruitment are seeking a Junior Finance Assistant to work in a busy finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global international business in Glasgow and be part of an experienced and supportive finance team where you will assist in executing financial processes.

This is a full-time job opportunity but our client would consider PT as well.

Duties:

• Ensuring authorised invoices are efficiently processed

• Reconciliations

• Accounts payable processing including court account entries and reconciliation

• Assisting processes across two legal entities

• Supporting the finance team to ensure all deliverables are achieved

• Assisting the Financial Controller with projects
