How you'll make a differenceAs a Payments Risk & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for driving industry compliant, resilient, and well controlled payments services, reducing the risk of something going wrong, to provide good outcomes for our customers and to keep TSB safe. You'll enforce the TSB Payments Policy & Technical Standards, monitor and test TSB compliance with payment regulations and manage processes to deliver mandatory industry attestation and reporting requirements.

Self-driven, diligent, and inquisitive.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within the financial services payments' environment.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime, Fraud and/or Cards is advantageous.
- An understanding of the payments industry, schemes, and regulations.
- Experience of managing risk and/or compliance activity.
- An understanding of agile ways of working.
