People Advisor

The People Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the People Team (HR) in delivering high-quality employee support, guidance, and engagement across the business. This role is ideal for a HR professional with a passion for working in a care-focused environment and a desire to contribute to a supportive and empowering workplace culture. The People Advisor will provide first-line support for employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee well-being. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with managers and staff to ensure a positive employee experience and that care standards are met through effective workforce management.

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification, or proven HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and employment law (specifically in the care sector).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management at all levels.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data protection and GDPR.
