Full Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift patterns for these positions are:

37h 0845-1700 Mon Thurs and 0845-1630 Fri

29.6h four shifts worked Mon-Fri

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacy technicians to join the clinical pharmacy team based in the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre or National Stem Cell Transplant Centre and CAR-T treatment Centre for Scotland, Ward 4B QEUH. These are new roles which will support the sustainability, safety, governance and efficiency of clinical pharmacy services across GGC.
These are 2 x 1WTE (Beatson) permanent posts and 1 x 0.8WTE (QEUH) permanent post; hours will be worked Monday to Friday with participation in public holidays.
