Full Job Description

Reporting directly to the Framework Director, this is a hands-on role workingacross the SWS region, as well as strategic management, client development,people management, community and customer orientation with a digital vision., Lead the CMDP team in all aspects of wastewater delivery
Provide strategic and professional guidance to Project Directors, ConstructionManagers, Project Managers and wider members of the team
Actively champion wellbeing, safety and environment performance, and compliancethroughout your team to create a safety culture to ensure Zero LTI and RIDDORIncidents
Communicate extensively across all stakeholders within SWS, andinternally within CMDP to leverage the maximum potential of CMDP in the AMP8programme of works
Develop and maintain a high-performance culture acrossthe CMDP team, delivering efficiencies and continuous improvement
Provide whole life oversight and accountability for the successful delivery of wastewaterprojects, through design, procurement, assembly, commissioning, and handover
Deliver commercial and financial performance in line with budget expectations
Promote and actively demonstrate collaborative behaviours within the CMDP JVteam

Experienced in the leadership of complex water/wastewater projects and/orregional programmes in a collaborative delivery environment
Ability to positively engage and build strong stakeholderand partner relationships to achieve mutual success
Significant amount of contract delivery experience whereyou have successfully managed a regional framework of multiple projects of acomplex or critical nature
Significant experience in the water sector and wastewatertreatment plants
An engaging leader of people with extensive linemanagement and development of people
Excellent knowledge, and experience of CDM andConstruction & Engineering Management
Excellent knowledge of contractual forms used forcollaborative project delivery
Solid commercial, financial and analytical skills

Qualifications and Training
HNC/HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Chartered with an engineering, commercial or constructioninstitution
SMSTS qualification
NEC PM accreditation (preferred)
