Area Based Regeneration & Shared Repairs

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Edinburgh Shared Repairs Service team, which provides a range of services to help private owners repair and maintain shared areas of property.

The successful applicant will join a friendly team of professional officers who provide a 24/7 service responding to emergency repairs where there is a risk to public safety or public health. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the building /property maintenance & improvement field.

You must be willing and able to carry out site visits/inspections and be IT literate with knowledge of the full suite of MS Office software at intermediate/advanced level. T he successful candidate must hold a current, full, UK driving licence and be willing to work outside of normal hours on a 1 week in 6 rota.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
