Full Job Description

Position: Recruitment Administrator

Location: City Centre, Office-Based
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary: 11.50 - 12 per hour DOE
Days: 3 - 4 days per week (open to full-time applications also)

About Us: Join our dynamic construction trades and labour team at Search Recruitment! We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to support our consultants with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet chasing
  • Updating spreadsheets and control sheets
  • Managing placements and requirements
  • Checking the timesheet Hub and assisting with setup issues
  • Making candidate update calls

Additional Opportunities: If you have experience in front-end resourcing, candidate update calls, and pre-screens, this role could potentially expand to full-time.
