Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a senior administrator to manage the organisation and coordination of office administrative procedures and resources to support the needs of the office. The Senior Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Oversight of client documentation, records incl. scanning, filing, and returning
  • Assisting with Anti Money laundering by processing Identification checks via an online platform
  • Oversight and coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting requirements
  • Oversight and management of mail (incoming and outgoing)
  • Database Management
  • Oversight and delivery of client record, file management activity within the office in accordance with firm-wide processes
  • Coordination and support for setting up office events
  • Management of office facilities ensuring they are well-maintained and operational
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment
  • Provide administrative support to various Business Lines and Support Services
