Community Nurse
East Ross Integrated Care Team
Band 5
22.2 hour 6 month fix term contract.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Staff Nurse within the Community Nursing Service in East Ross Integrated Care Team.
The band 5 22.2 hour post holder will be required to assess, plan and implement and evaluate complex care in a range of clinical and residential/home settings within East Ross.
The post holder will work from Health Centre Tain or County Community Hospital, Invergordon across East Ross to meet the needs of the service. Weekend working and variable shift pattern is required on a flexible rotational basis.
You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work with different professional groups as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A full driving licence is essential and applicants should have their own vehicle for work purposes. All applicants should be registered with the NMC.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
