Senior Support Manager

We are looking for a Senior Support Manager to join our incredible Thrive Childcare and Education team in the Glasgow area. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a current manager who is ready to take the next step in delivering excellent care and education standards. Your role will include working closely with the Regional Manager to support nursery managers in achieving operational excellence throughout the area. You will begin by learning the role hands-on in your own setting while stepping into a broader leadership role, supporting nurseries within your area.

You must hold a relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification relevant to Early Years, or be able to work towards a Management qualification with SVQ3 or HNC qualifications currently in place. You must have at least 3 years managerial experience within the early years sector. Additional requirements include experience with budgeting, proficiency in common IT packages (Excel, Powerpoint), report writing, and maintaining confidentiality.
