Job Description

The goal of the Team Leader Asset Management & Major Works is to realise outcomes and benefits of strategic relevance, through management, planning and delivery of several key projects via the Capital Investment Programme with projects varying in size, cost and complexity.

A key objective is to provide transparency and visibility of the status of all the components of the General Fund capital programme whilst ensuring effective programme management to deliver multiple projects on time, cost and quality.

This post will undertake a lead role in planning and executing the commissioning of capital projects and work with operational management to bring the new and refurbished facilities into operation.
