Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Trainee Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Glasgow / £26,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus bonus and excellent benefits / full time

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage broker, to secure a promising trainee mortgage advisor for their busy office in Glasgow.

This award-winning whole of the market mortgage company offers its staff unparalleled support to excel in their role, what with their large administrative and compliance back up, extensive training and quality leads, so you can concentrate on providing the best whole of the market mortgage and protection advice to your customers.

You will spend an initial 12-24 months (possibly shorter for high performers) completing outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their re-mortgage requirements on a non-advised basis. This is an excellent base to build your knowledge and experience.

Those without CeMAP will be funded and supported to achieve the qualification.

Training is second to none.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• At least one years' experience within financial services;
• Committed to a career in mortgages and protection;
• Able to cope with high volume;
• Target-driven and self-motivated;
• Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
