Full Job Description

The Programme Administrator provides specialist administrative support to the portfolio of entrepreneurship activities coordinated by the Bayes Centre, in partnership with Edinburgh Innovations, the commercialisation arm of the University of Edinburgh. The post will work as part of the Bayes Centre Programme Management and Delivery Team and in close collaboration with the Bayes Centre Shared Services team and other DDI Hubs (Health and Social Care Hub, Easter Bush, Edinburgh Futures Institute and the Robotarium) to further develop the University's programme of collaborative and interdisciplinary entrepreneurship activities.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

Either vocational qualification (NVQ3, ONC or equivalent) plus some work experience in a relevant role OR school education plus relevant work experience in a comparable setting
Ability to plan or schedule work, short and longer term, and to respond to changing pressures or requirements
Ability to communicate clearly, explaining questions, clarifying requirements and responding to programme participants and external stakeholders
Evidence of team working, working collaboratively with colleagues, business partners and key stakeholders to ensure programme delivery.
