Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive administrator to work within the Vet School administrative team. The post holder will provide high level administrative support to the Personal Assistant to the Head of School and School Executive Team, to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the School Office.

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience of arranging meetings and events and managing busy diaries
  • Ability to take minutes at various committee meetings
  • Teamwork in an administrative role
  • Great IT skills
  • Confident in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines

    Grade UE04: £25,433 to £28,081 per annum
  • R(D)SVS / College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine Full Time: 35 Hours per week (based on campus with occasional hybrid working from home option possible) Open Ended: Permanent contract
