Full Job Description
Your responsibilities within the team will be in the operational management of the pension schemes. This may include:
- Leading an operational team in the administration of Judicial Pensions and feeding into a programme of continuous improvement;
- Managing providers in line with the terms of their contract(s).
- Using management information and other intelligence, to take a risk-based approach to identify and prioritise action required and utilise the contract to manage performance.
- Undertake specific activities with contracted providers to ensure contract compliance and value for money for the taxpayer.
- Work collaboratively to ensure effective and efficient provider contract management.
- Overseeing the delivery of customer service standards in quality, timeliness and attention to detail across the Judicial Pensions teams.
- Liaising with the Judicial Pension Schemes pension and payroll administrators and other stakeholders e.g. MoJ Commercial.
- Supporting the Trustees in managing various contracts for the LSC scheme.
