Deputy Charge Nurse , Older Peoples rehabilitation and Assessment (OPRA)
The Older Peoples Rehabilitation and Assessment Service based at Leith Community Treatment Centre are seeking an experienced Deputy Charge Nurse with a passion for delivering high quality care for older people.
You will lead a nurse team as part of the Multi-disciplinary team who provide outpatient assessment and interventions for older people living in North Edinburgh. The service works with older people, GPs and wider health and social care professionals to improve health and functionally ability and reduce future risk of hospital admission.
You will join a support a professional working environment where multidisciplinary team working is at the centre of our practice and where the contributions of all team members are respected and valued.
