Full Job Description

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post. 

To identify, assess and plan for the health needs of all Care Experienced Children and Young people. Care Experienced children and young people can be living away from home, in either residential units, foster care or with kinship carers or at home under statutory measures. The primary goal of this post is to improve the health outcomes for Care Experienced Children and Young People. It has a supportive educational role for colleagues working in local authorities, education, foster carers, key workers, and voluntary agencies.
