Reporting directly to the Interim Chief Officer / Chief Operating Officer this role will play an instrumental part in enabling and driving operational excellence across the Health and Social Care Partnership and with key partners such as Third and Independent Sector., ~ If you are a member of staff please ensure you update your Jobtrain profile to reflect that you are employed by NHS Dumfries and Galloway.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, inclusive leader who communicates an inspiring vision and energises and empowers teams to deliver impactful outcomes for our people and staff populations.

This post is fixed term (12 months) in nature due to a review of the senior structure working across the IJB and the Health and Social Care Partnership.

The post-holder must have significant senior level operational leadership experience from a healthcare and/or social care setting, you will bring expertise in working across organisational boundaries and a track record of innovation and change, as well as a focus for driving forward further integration with a focus on making improvements for our people and staff.

The appointed individual will need to demonstrate resilience, exceptional influencing skills with the ability to work in a truly integrated approach., Please ensure the vacancy salary meets the minimum salary required for sponsorship. We are unable to provide sponsorship for bank contracts.
