Full Job Description

FinTech RS are delighted to support a rapidly expanding technical client who has won numerous contracts in the Aberdeen area. This position will be a dual role of software and internal IT support offering a diverse, challenging workload whilst working in a supportive and performing environment.

Duties will include:

Software Support

  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Incident management
  • User training
  • Technical & software support
  • Hardware & Software maintenance

IT/Desktop Support

  • 1st and 2nd line IT Support
  • System configuration and administration
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing
  • IT security awareness and maintenance
  • Work closet with the DevOps team

This role will require the successful candidate to participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and address critical IT issues as they arise, our client offers an enhanced rate for this.
