Full Job Description
- Provide administrative support to line managers and senior colleagues.
- Organise meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, and coordinate events.
- Manage business planning trackers, risks, and performance measures.
- Support executive teams with data management, correspondence, and queries.
- Prioritise urgent or sensitive work to ensure appropriate handling.
- Help to ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Apprenticeship & Salary: We'll support you through a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. This will take 12-18 months to complete., In E&B we promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture where everyone feels valued. Experience/skills required Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment matter more than your background or experience. The apprenticeship will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to become fully competent in this role. You'll complete your Apprenticeship through a blend of online learning, virtual sessions, and face-to-face workshops. You'll be responsible for meeting coursework deadlines, maintaining up-to-date evidence for assessments, and applying your learning in practice.
