I am thrilled to be bringing an Account Director position to market for one of Edinburgh's iconic agencies. They are searching for someone who knows exactly what it takes to lead all types of accounts - from excelling working at pace to knowing when client expectations need to be managed and everything inbetween.

The ideal candidate:

• A leader who understands the importance of positivity and leading by example
• A natural ability to build trust and strong relationships, both with clients and internally
• A deep understanding of agency processes, including when client requests are unrealistic 
• Thrives in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to apply commercial thinking to all processes
