We want to hear from exceptionally talented B2B sales professionals in Scotland to join our team at Capital. Applicants with previous media sales experience would be welcome, however, this is not essential as we have a bespoke media sales training programme available. It essential that you have experience of new business development.

It is essential that you come from a sales background and can display passion, ambition and the desire to succeed in a competitive, target driven, sales environment.

You will be responsible for: Sourcing opportunities and generating appointment to win new business in your local market. Build new and develop existing client relationships, ensuring you clearly understand the client's business goals. Explore the freshest ways of working across our broad range of products. Creative innovative ideas to deliver results and grow your client's business. Think and do things differently, ensuring we stand out in the industry against our competitors. Work across multi-disciplined teams to efficiently deliver results for our clients. Present creative pitches in a dynamic and engaging way. Deliver against agreed revenue targets, call rates, activity levels and standards of performance.
