Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our industry leading Broxburn-based client on a permanent basis!

What's on offer: A full-time position with a wide range of benefits, including a competitive base salary of 35,000 per annum and a bonus structure in place

As an Account Manager, you will be working with international clients, as well as being responsible for:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers
Boosting revenue via a mix of marketing and sales initiatives
Developing strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
Business development and new business acquisition
Working to set KPIs

To be successful in this Account Manager role, you will have some experience of Account Management and commercial literacy, as well as:

Customer-centred approach
Strong communication skills
Previous experience working in a fast-paced/sales environment
The ability to work to deadlines
