As a Transport Account Manager, you will manage all operational and commercial aspects associated with our aggregates and concrete fleet., + Contract Management: Point of contact for customer, ensuring communication is regular and structured.
+ Health & Safety: Understanding of transport health & safety (Ideally within construction sector)
+ Resource management : Support regions to ensure correct resource is in plan to satisfy customer expectations
+ Standards : Maintain high standards in both Romac and customer brands .
+ Financial reporting : Track and report vehicle earnings ensuring maximum profitability.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and company policies.
+ Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve concerns and issues within the contract.
+ Business development : Always looking for opportunities to build on offering or enhance profitability

+ CPC National: Desirable.
+ Proven Experience in logistics. (Construction sector experience preferred)
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills.
+ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
