Full Job Description

The thing that makes your position so important in Equator is that you act as a key point of contact for our clients, help build strong client relations and manage internal teams to profitably deliver multi-channel content, social, advertising, and web solutions that drive results for our clients. You also support the Managing Director and Senior Account Manager with driving client growth, planning and proposals designed to help your clients achieve their objectives.,

  • Develop close, trusting relationships with the senior team and heads of department and work together to turn client opportunities into solutions that will help clients grow

  • Set standards for your accounts whilst acting as an ambassador for the business

  • Maximise revenue from each client and ensure we grow and retain the portfolio of accounts for 999

  • Support our Managing Director with proposals that sell our solutions to clients

  • Develop effective internal briefs that provide direction to teams and work together with internal teams to turn briefs into fully-scoped deliverables

  • Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables

  • Efficiently manage all client related budgets, targets and billing requirements and ensure accurate invoicing for all clients

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients businesses and the markets in which they operate and of our brand offering and be able to discuss it with clients

  • Work with internal seniors to ensure the quality of our creative and strategic output is of a level that meets the agreed scope of the project, industry compliance and is keeping with the organisation's reputation for excellence

  • Anticipate any problems which may arise during the day to day delivery and know how these challenges will be overcome/mitigated

  • Manage client expectations to ensure the 999 is able to deliver the required levels of service and ensure good clear client records, WIPs, status reports and internal communications

    Agency experience is essential

  • Knowledge and understanding of Nine.Nine.Nine lead sectors is desirable

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • You are forward-thinking and proactive

  • You are inspirational and motivational

  • You have an excellent knowledge of a wide range of techniques, tools and concepts for strategic thinking
