A Bit About the Job
In this role, you will report directly to the management team and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
* Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Preparing management accounts
* Bookkeeping
* Preparing VAT returns
* Assisting with corporate and personal tax returns
* General office and administrative duties

A Bit About You
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Qualified by experience or currently working in an accountancy practice
* Open to school leavers, college leavers (HNC/HND), and graduates
* A positive attitude and the ability to work using your own initiative
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
* Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage Line 50, and IRIS (beneficial, but not essential)
* Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
