Accounts Assistant - 6 Month Temp
- Job Type: 6 Month Temp (Full-time, On-site)
- Location: East Kilbride
- Pay Rate: 13-14 per hour
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client on a temp basis. The role involves providing essential finance and administrative duties within an office environment. This is a full-time position & the role requires on-site presence as it supports business activities directly.
Day to Day of the role:
- Responsible for purchase ledger duties
- Matching, batching & coding high volumes invoices on a daily basis
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Generating sales analysis reports
- Responsible for sales ledger duties
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash to customer accounts and projects
- Processing high volume expense claims
- Assisting with CIS returns
- Raising purchase orders
- Keeping fleet vehicles records up to date
- General administration duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Confident in using various systems and handling customer and supplier interactions
- Capable of managing a full workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Experience with sales and purchase ledger
