Our client is a respected organisation with a fast-paced finance team at the core of its operations. They are looking for a Treasury Assistant to join their dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Treasury Assistant, you will support the Treasury team in managing high-volume bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and payment systems.

Key responsibilities:
* Preparing and completing weekly and monthly reconciliations for various accounts
* Accurately matching and resolving high-volume transactions
* Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and collaborating with Accounts Payable/Receivable teams to resolve discrepancies
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. It's an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a high-performing finance team.

About You:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with:
* Relevant qualifications (HNC or equivalent) or strong finance experience
* Excellent numeracy and advanced Excel skills
* Proven expertise in bank reconciliations and high-volume transactional finance
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
