Accounts Assistant - Part Time

Job Title: Part-Time Accounts and Administrator Assistant
Location: Banchory
Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 14:00)
Salary: 16 - 18 /hr

This role is to support a small team of 5 doing amazing work in the charity sector. Looking for an individual who wants to make a difference with the work they do and a team player to contribute to the running of the office.

Duties:
- Answering calls from clients and providing excellent customer service
- Rescheduling appointments efficiently and professionally
- Supporting the Treasurer with day-to-day accounting tasks
- Use Xero software to input and manage financial data
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Team collaboration to ensure accurate reporting of finances
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role is preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
