An exciting, new opportunity has arisen with an expanding, well established and most forward thinking CA Firm, to join their Accounts/Business advisory team. based in the outskirts of Glasgow, as a Trainee Accountant/Accounts Assistant.

This role will suit an ambitious individual, with a minimum 12/18 month's Accountancy firm accounts preparation experience gained from another UK Accountancy Practice firm, who has ideally commenced their ACCA/CA exams and is committed to qualifying.

You will be enthusiastic and client focused, keen to learn more, and a good team player who has commercial flair and a 'can do' approach.

You will work with a varied range of clients, preparing year end accounts, ad hoc management accounts, preparation of basic tax and VAT returns with client bookkeeping and ad hoc business advisory work, using various IT Accounts packages such as Sage, Iris and cloud packages- Xero, Quickbooks and Freeagent.
