Full Job Description

High volume processing of supplier invoices
Supplier statement reconciliation
Prepare and process payment runs
Assist in preparation of bank reconciliations
Agree sales ledger balances and payment dates with customers
Assist with other tasks within the accounts department

Sound knowledge of working with Sage 200 would be preferable but not essential
Able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills both verbal and written
Well organised and have excellent attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines
Comfortable working with high volume transactions
Previous accounts office experience preferable
