An extremely successful business based in Erskine are looking to recruit a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to their dynamic Finance function.
This is a temporary vacancy that would suit a candidate with strong AP knowledge looking to work within an energetic and modern organisation.
As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the full end to end of the Accounts Payable process including invoice processing and payment runs.
Duties:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Matching supplier statements
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Query resolution and escalations
- Other ad-hoc financial duties
