Accounts Payable Assistant

iMultiply are partnering with a well known and rapidly growing business who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant for a temp-to-perm opportunity Lanarkshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders
• Managing payment runs and handling supplier queries
• Ensuring accurate coding and posting of transactions
• Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end processes
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and colleagues
