Accounts & Reconciliation Analyst

Accounts Reconciliation Assistant - 15 month FTC - Glasgow Centre

WA are delighted to be partnering with a growing client of ours who are continually expanding and building out their finance team due to continued success. The main purpose for this role is to ensure all payments are made timely and accurately working to ensure the highest standards are met

Key duties of this role include :

Process weekly payments for employee expenses
Process ad hoc and regular ad hoc payments
Process refunds
Ensure all payments are audit compliant
Daily bank reconciliations
Maintenance of Direct Debits and credit card statements

Experience Required :

Strong background in payments and banking area
Strong Accounts Payable background
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and concisely
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience necessary
