Accounts Senior client advisor

Lochead Sandford Recruitment's client, a well established, progressive CA Firm seeks to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Senior/Client advisor with minimum 5 years UK Accountancy Practice Firm experience to join their successful, busy Business Services Team, in Glasgow.

You will likely be part qualified/finalist ACCA level and keen to eventually qualify with several years' UK Accountancy Practice Firm experience,  though this qualification is not essential if someone is more qualified by experience and similar broad Accounts preparation experience from another quality UK Accountancy Practice Firm can be demonstrated.

The main focus of this role involves all aspects of year end accounts preparation to final review stage for a wide variety of clients- sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies -audit exempt corporate and unincorporated clients, using a variety of accounts packages like CCH, Iris, Sage and various Cloud packages such as Xero & QBOL.

Managing the accounts process from start to finish, you will have significant client liaison and mentoring of more junior members in the team.

Strong client skills, ability to meet deadlines and effective team working skills essential.
