Full Job Description

We're searching for two ambitious, strategic, and creative account executives who love action sports and the outdoors as much as we do. You'll be a key member of several account teams, working on a variety of multi-channel briefs (both UK and European) and helping to create and launch strategic campaigns. You'll throw yourself into every element of the marketing and communications spectrum, and get involved in conceptual ideation, execution, and every stage between. This is an opportunity to work with ACM's top-drawer clients in PR, content, and events. No surprise, then, that we're after someone with experience across all three of these disciplines. We also want ideas. Lots of them. You'll be contributing to our creative process - which is central to everything we do - as well as supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns and compiling performance reports once they're wrapped. There's a lot of great stuff going on at all times, so it's pretty important that you have multitasking experience, love working in a fast-paced environment, and get a buzz from jumping from one campaign to another.,

  • Work with our Account Directors and the rest of the team to develop campaign strategies, creative ideas, and in-depth campaign plans
  • Coordinate and help manage campaigns from start to finish
  • Create client press materials and toolkits
  • Undertake PR outreach, networking, and relationship development
  • Establish an enviable network of media, partners, and influencers
  • Research and manage our media & influencer database
  • Continually expand your knowledge of industry trends and activities
  • Assist with shoot organisation,production, and logistics
  • Use social media and other digital marketing analytics to produce, monitor, and update campaign and client reports and track KPIs
  • Coordinate and provide recommendations for the end-of-campaign reporting process
  • Monitor competitor and industry activity across all channels and bring any intel to client meetings
  • Continually think up creative ideas for existing campaigns, ACM marketing needs, and new business proposals
  • Muck in with digital office admin as required by account teams or directors, for event/travel organisation, overseeing sample/inventory management, and more

    At least 1-2 years of experience in an agency environment or a relevant brand-side role
  • A level of PR experience - ie pitching to the media - is essential
  • Established press relationships across outdoor, lifestyle, fashion, tech, and travel (desirable, but not essential)
  • Mega enthusiasm for the outdoor, lifestyle, and fashion industries
  • A very creative mind
  • A solid understanding of digital and social media, as well as their impacts on business objectives
  • An understanding of strategic marketing theory (this is highly advantageous)
  • Strong personal time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work with multi-channel briefs and workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good range of research methodologies and knowledge of how to apply them
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to everything
  • A keenness for rewarding hard work
  • Astronomically high levels of motivation

    This is a full-time and fully remote role with flexible working hours, although applicants should note that the role requires regular meetings with team and clients in GMT and CET time zones.
