Full Job Description

We're searching for an Account Manager who loves action sports and the outdoors as much as we do. This is an opportunity to work with ACM's top-drawer clients, across social media, PR, and events. No surprise, then, that we're after someone with a track record across all three of these disciplines. We also want ideas. Lots of them. You'll be contributing to our creative process - which is central to everything we do - as well as managing the planning and delivery of campaigns, and compiling performance reports once they're wrapped. There's a lot of great stuff going on at all times, so it's pretty important that you have multitasking experience, love managing fast-paced projects, and get a buzz from jumping from one campaign to another. You'll be working on existing accounts as well as supporting new business, so a history of on-boarding new clients is a big bonus. Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Work with our Senior Account Directors and the rest of the team to develop campaign strategies, creative ideas, and in-depth campaign plans
  • Coordinate and manage campaigns from start to finish
  • Create press releases as well as media and branding packages
  • Establish an enviable network of media, partners, and influencers
  • Integrate campaigns into wider initiatives or multi-agency projects, and work with media partners
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and communications
  • Contribute to client meetings and develop client relationships
  • Work with third-party providers to deliver campaigns, whenever necessary
  • Coordinate and provide recommendations for the end-of-campaign reporting process
  • Develop client accounts and pitch them fresh brilliant ideas, campaigns, and services to expand our offering
  • Monitor competitor and industry activity across all channels and bring any intel to client meetings
  • Contribute to team ideation sessions for ACM marketing and content creation

Minimum five years of experience in an agency environment
  • An impressive history of work in PR, event production, social media (ideally all three, or at least PR and one other)
  • Established press relationships across outdoor, lifestyle, fashion, tech, and travel
  • Boundless enthusiasm for the outdoor, lifestyle, and fashion industries
  • A creative mind
  • The ability to work with multi-channel briefs and workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to everything
  • A keenness for rewarding hard work
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast moving environment
  • Astronomically high levels of motivation

    The Package
  • Initial 6 month full time fixed term contract. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, although applicants should note that the role requires regular meetings with team and clients in GMT and CET time zones. Perks include our company Away Day trips - team get-togethers that have, to date, taken us hiking, climbing, surfing, snowboarding, and skiing; 25 days of leave (plus your birthday off); access to budget that focuses on self-progression plus two days of learning leave; membership to a local co-working space of your choice, and help with WFH set-up costs. Why are we not publishing the salary with this role? We recognise that publishing salary bands is best practise for any company hoping to attract the best candidates, to promote a truly progressive culture, and to fulfil a genuine commitment to being an equal opportunity employer. We are currently undertaking a company-wide benchmarking exercise to ensure our staff are paid fairly and equitably, and in line with wider industry expectations and standards. This work will be completed and shared with our existing staff in early 2025. From that point our policy will be transparent salary bands across all roles at All Conditions Media. When it comes to this round of recruitment, the salary for this role will be discussed with full transparency at the first interview stage.
