Activities Co-Ordinator

The role - Activities Co-ordinator

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will work as part of our Retirement Housing Team to increase and encourage social inclusion across our retirement schemes by building a rapport with customers to discover their interests, then organise activities tailored to the needs of individuals and groups to support participation and promote social interaction.

Use your initiative to promote new things and review their success
Build a rapport with customers to establish the things they are interested in and develop a whole range of activities for them to engage in
Use your initiative to bring people together and create opportunities to develop a full range of activities to reduce social isolation for those living in our schemes and the wider community
What you'll need
